Your information about the Data Protection Act 1984 is not quite right as I think you have confused it with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 which has more to do with plagiarism. Have another look at the DPA and consider again why employers would prefer that their staff all have knowledge of this Act.
Verbal and numeric skills – have another think about this. Good communication skills top the table of desirable skills for employers. Why? What kind of competitive advantage would having good communicators on the team give to a company? Similarly, there are some jobs where good numeric skills are a pre-requisite even if the staff uses lots of software to help them deal with number work - accountancy for instance. Dependable/Reliable – again a bit of confusion has crept in here. Employers like dependable staff precisely because they can be depended upon to do the job that they have been employed to do to a high standard and often with minimum supervision.
If a company is seen as ‘being green’ they are seen as good people. While this is true, it is too weak a statement for be sufficient for the assignment work. is turn should be in turn
This also puts you in good standing with the company because you are contributing to the company’s promotion. How does this happen? What does compliance say about the staff? Pride? Loyalty?
